Working, Working, Working
I am still working on my first draft and have just added a bloody scene that has taken the first draft into a deeper level. The plot is still the same, and the direction is still the same, but the threads are running closer together and meeting. That’s good. You want your lines, your threads, to stay together and to eventually meet. That is what creates the moment in readers when they say, “Oh, so wonder. I get it now.” It creates symbolism.
Still waiting for two agents that have my first book.
